You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charges. Any refund, cancellation, or rescheduling policy presented at checkout, during booking, or in a separate service agreement applies to that purchase or appointment.

5.Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content, including text, graphics, videos, downloads, frameworks, worksheets, branding, and other materials, belong to Buttercup Hill, LLC or are used with permission.

You may use purchased or downloaded materials for your personal use only unless written permission provides otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, teach from, or create derivative commercial products from our materials without prior written permission.

7.Be Put Together Appointment Text Messages

Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, Zoom or meeting information, rescheduling notices, and cancellation notices.

No promotional or marketing messages are sent through this appointment-messaging program.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not required to schedule an appointment or make a purchase.

Message frequency varies according to your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to a message from Be Put Together. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will then receive no additional messages through this SMS program unless you later opt in again through the applicable booking form.
